Being a painter

When he's not holding a roller, the painter (building) comes at the final stage of construction.
Whatever the material chosen by his customers, the painter must prepare his carrier before any application.
He must therefore know very well the nature of carriers on which he works.
He will primarily sand concrete walls or walls made out of bond stone, plug possible holes and lay a coating.
The carrier will be perfect to receive its final coating. One imperfection and everything has to be redone.
He may also ensure the waterproofness or the impermeability of the facades on which he intervenes.
